On July 25, 1994, Rose Faroni became a licensed Realtor in South Florida. She started the way most agents do: one client, one closing, one referral at a time. The habits she built in those first years are still the house rules today: pick up the phone, handle every detail, treat the home like your own.
Eight years in, Rose opened her first REMAX franchise in downtown West Palm Beach. The Clematis Street storefront, with its navy awning, listings taped in the window and her name on the door as Licensed Real Estate Broker, was the original REMAX Prestige Realty office and the anchor for everything that followed.
Five years after opening downtown, Rose added a second office in Royal Palm Beach, putting the brokerage in the western communities where so many Palm Beach County families were buying their first and second homes.
The third REMAX Prestige office opened in Wellington in 2011. That same March, Rose's son Connor Faroni started at the brokerage at the front desk, answering phones and greeting walk-ins. It was the first rung on a fourteen-year climb through every part of the business.
A brokerage is a family before it is a business. Rose in Las Vegas in 2013, fully committed to the costume theme. A reminder that the team has never taken itself too seriously, even while it was busy building one of the county's most awarded offices.
Rose was named 2014 Broker of the Year by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. The same year, REMAX Prestige earned its first Catalyst Award, the honor REMAX gives to its top 100 offices across North America (since renamed the Premier Broker Award, and today the Presidents Award). The office has earned it eight times.
With Lake Worth, REMAX Prestige Realty reached four locations: West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington and Lake Worth. Four offices meant more agents, more signs and more buyers seeing every listing. That is the county-wide reach the brokerage is known for today.
REMAX Prestige Realty was again named one of the top 100 REMAX offices on the North American continent, the second of what became four straight years of the award.
A third consecutive top-100 honor from REMAX. By now the mother-and-son pairing that runs the brokerage today was already how the team worked day to day: Rose as broker, Connor running operations.
The biggest single honor in the brokerage's history. Out of every REMAX office in the United States, Rose Faroni was named 2018 Broker Owner of the Year. REMAX Prestige also earned its fourth straight Presidents Award.
From 2019 to 2020, Rose sat on the Regional Board of Directors for the Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale and served as a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors, shaping the industry across the state and not just inside her own offices.
In a year that tested every business in the country, REMAX Prestige Realty was again named a top-100 REMAX office in North America, the first of four consecutive years.
Rose was named 2022 Broker of the Year by Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors, eight years after her first, and the office earned another Presidents Award.
Connor Faroni was named 2023 Manager of the Year by REMAX, LLC, recognition for the Director of Operations role he had grown into over twelve years. REMAX Prestige also collected its eighth Presidents Award.
In January 2025, Connor became an owner of REMAX Prestige Realty alongside Rose. The front desk hire from 2011 was now co-owner of the brokerage.
In January 2026, Connor Faroni became Broker Owner of REMAX Prestige Realty. Rose remains the founder and the standard the office is measured against. Four offices, more than three decades, one family, and every listing still treated like it's our own.
